Human Resources Specialist

Develop position descriptions per OPM classification standards. Conduct evaluations through review of regular/recurring and special reports. Issue classification evaluation decisions Provide guidance in the area of classification. Responsibility for adjudication of classification appeals for all ARTRANS employees. Participate in formal and informal discussions with operating officials. Conduct studies in areas identified for special analysis.
