Senior Director, Performance Evaluation & Sourcing Analytics

This position is a key member of the Procurement Strategy & Performance leadership team (S&P), supporting performance analytics and evaluation for the Global Procurement organization (GP) and Cross Enterprise Procurement Group (CEPG). The candidate will be responsible for leading a global team, consisting of analysts located in the United States, Mexico and the Philippines. The candidate lead this team to ensure high performance of multiple projects that have key strategic impact on S&P and various towers in GP and CEPG. The candidate will be required to have strong leadership and project management skills, in addition to the ability to provide recommendation on the appropriate metrics to monitor and evaluate various projects, with different size and complexity.
