Specific duties include: Knowledge and understanding of key education program events and milestones, and a comprehensive understanding of the structural organization of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), other benefit programs, and the mission of VA is essential. Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of education programs administered is vital.
