SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will analyze needs and requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning. You will direct all development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost schedule, and performance objectives. You will apply the tools and techniques of process identification and continuous process improvement in addressing program management problems and issues. You will serve as the central contact point with the program office for all matters concerning the program. You will establish and maintain relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups. You will ensure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of any other participating services and agencies when necessary.
