HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY)

You will serve as the initial reviewer of eligibility for naval service utilizing applicable directives and regulations. You will review enlistment applications and process actions involving complex and unusual procedures. You will review forms, documents and other related information from enlisted applicants and construct initial enlisted service records. You will enter data into automated systems as required. You will retrieve data from various information sources for use in completing the initial service record. You will maintain required forms, records and files pertaining to enlisted applicants. You will prepare correspondence, reports and other documents in draft and final form using word processing software or other automated programs.
