Program Analyst

Assist in preparation of negotiation objectives on changes and to guide the contractor's performance of the contract. Formulate reporting protocols for senior management. Analyze potential improvements to existing contracts, financing programs, and help develop plans and strategies for potential program/contract changes. Coordinate assigned projects with Contracting Officer. Develop protocols related to monthly reporting. Represent the COR in technical phases of Change Order development.
