Business Operations Manager

Plan, organize, and direct the operations for the Assistant Director – Support (AD-S). Support level workgroups and planning teams focused on significant issues directly impacting the organization’s structure and mission accomplishment. Serve as the primary advisor for the Defense Health Agency Support Activities for all assigned roles, missions, functions, tasks, and operations. Provide liaison activities and support to directors and special staff with a directed focus on military and civilian personnel, intelligence and security, logistics, information technologies, safety, and quality assurance. Represent the Assistant Director and subordinate organizational interests by providing input for planning and execution of support operations and activities. Make decisions on work problems presented by administrative staff. Collaborate with various process owners and supervisors to negotiate, decide on and coordinate work-related changes.
