About the role
You will perform a wide variety of tasks involved with the assessment of all material intended for nuclear end-use. You will compare material received to the material ordering document to ensure that correct was material was received. You will ensure any special material conditions are met, such as requirements for packaging, storage requirements, continuous length, etc. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving and relocating material as required to perform material assessment functions. You will be responsible for maintaining accountability of hazardous material by processing transactions using applicable hazardous material databases. You will expedite material as necessary to ensure delivery of material to work packaging centers by required delivery date.
