Lead Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement)

As a Lead Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement), you will be responsible for the following duties: Serves as a Senior HR Specialist and team leader responsible for providing assistance to the supervisor by completing broad-range leader duties while leading civilian HR specialists in accomplishing assigned work tasks. Identifies and distributes work assignments and makes adjustments to assigned work in order to meet deadlines. Reviews completed work to ensure that all instructions and requirements are met. Performs internal placement duties: Preparing job analyses, Job Opportunity Announcements, conducting qualification determinations, issuing referral certificates, completing promotion/placement personnel actions to fill federal civilian positions.
