BUDGET ANALYST

Provides expert-level application of the federal budget process to include the formulation, execution, justification, and presentation for Department of War programs. Develops acquisition requirements packages, such as independent government cost estimates, market research reports, justifications and approvals, performance work statements and statements of work. Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to include monitoring contractor performance, validating receipt/acceptance, reviewing invoices, tracking deliverables, and maintaining COR files. Represent the organization at the highest levels while coordinating with senior officials. Ensure compliance with contract terms and government surveillance plans.
