About the role

Serve as the Director of the Division and Hiring and Administrative Support (DHAS) and exercises supervisory authority over the staff. Provide leadership and executive direction over the activities of the Division and oversees coordination with the Center's Groups and other CMS components to plan and develop the Center's overall administrative and support processes. Serve as a program lead and recognized expert on high-visibility projects and/or studies associated with employee engagement and satisfied workforce initiatives. Oversee the successful planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive process for analyzing, monitoring, recruiting, and confirming accurate processing of activities associated with staff recruitment, termination, and retirement. Develop policies and provide policy direction, coordination, and support for CPI's business services, including human resources management, staff development, awards and recognition, travel, space, and other business resource
