Ethics Program Administrator

Administers the CMS ethics program and serves as a program expert concerning the operation, administrative direction, interpretation and application of standards of conduct and ethics regulations for CMS. Develops, evaluates, and implements revisions or changes to the Agency's ethics operations and policy documents. Serves as a technical consultant and source of data to the Agency’s Deputy Ethics Counselor (DEC), managers at all levels, and others on the full range of the Ethics in Government Program. Advises and assists employees and managers on a variety of sensitive issues that involve controversial matters of employee standards of conduct and ethics laws, rules, and regulations.
