About the role
As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Branch Manager Training and Organizational Development), you will: Plan, develop, and administer Fiscal Service's employee development program, policies, and procedures--including the Service-wide Training Fund, annual training needs assessment, Management and Leadership Development Program, SES Candidate Development, Treasury Learning Management System, and New Employee Orientation. Evaluate effectiveness of the employee development programs. Plan, develop, and implement changes to correct deficiencies detected in these evaluations, and in other evaluations conducted by outside authorities. Provide training and educational services to employees, including executive, managerial, professional, specialized, technical, clerical, and general training courses administered through internal and external sources.
