About the role
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Fiscal Service's business processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. This occurs through the design, documentation, analysis, improvement, and governance of operational business processes to increase quality and compliance. Collaboratively create and implement standardized business processes that turn Fiscal Service strategy into optimized business execution. Resulting business processes improve operational performance, reduce inefficiencies/waste/bottlenecks, ensure process compliance and control, and enable measurable performance improvement. Ensure business process governance by designing future-state frameworks/standards/procedures, ensuring clear future state process ownership structures, and ensuring adherence to external/internal directives, regulation, and controls.
