About the role
You will ensure all administrative functions are accomplished in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and instructions. You will maintain prime responsibility for the management of projects under the cognizance of the Dry Combat Submersibles (DCS) and Dry Deck Shelters (DDS) programs. You will manage budgetary and personnel issues, including facility maintenance and upkeep, support services (small boats, forklifts, cranes), and financial management of DCS and DDS DEPOT level maintenance and supply support. You will establish effective working relationships with stakeholders, representing Command, Naval Special Warfare Command (COMNAVSPECWARCOM) at conferences and meetings pertaining to policy execution and development for maintenance programs. You will provide technical guidance and supervision to maintenance managers and personnel in technical, operational, and administrative matters.
