As a General Attorney (Labor) (Senior Field Attorney), GS-0905-15, your typical work assignments may include: Collecting and reviewing relevant evidence in the electronic case file, including affidavits, position statements and other correspondence, memos, transcripts, decisional documents, exhibits, decisions and orders. Conducting research and case review to formulate strategies on cases that are often novel, without precedent, and/or require considerable interpretation of law, and demand a high degree of original and creative legal endeavor. Providing guidance to attorneys in resolving highly complex case issues and representing the team in dealing with high-level Agency officials. Rendering legal advice, counsel, and opinions, orally and in writing, including recommendations to the Regional Director and/or their designee.
