Television Traffic and Continuity Coordinator

As a Television Traffic and Continuity Coordinator at the GS-1001-11 some of your typical work assignments may include: Managing, coordinating and ensuring the efficient and accurate performance of all Television Traffic activities that result in the creation of daily Broadcast logs and automation playlists for individual channels of a multi-channel environment with the appropriate program and Command/Internal information. Administering the computerized television traffic system that supports the creation of Daily Broadcast Logs, automation playlists and controls the placement of Command Information spots within daily programming. Ensuring that all programs scheduled for broadcast distribution are accurately entered on the daily Broadcast Logs and automation playlists. Assuring optimal performance of the system by ensuring users adhere to contractors provided advice on how the system is used.
