This position oversees the application of Federal contracting laws, regulations, and policies throughout all phases of the acquisition process, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10). Typical Work duties include: Overseeing a spectrum of Federal contracting laws, executive orders, regulations, principles, policies, procedures, methods, techniques, and contract types applicable to both pre-award and post-award contracting actions. Serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), provides expert guidance on contract selection, negotiation, administration, and closeout, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while optimizing resource utilization.
