Supervisory Mission Support Specialist

Assigning, directing, and reviewing the technical and administrative work of a staff of Mission Support Specialists Performing the full range of supervisory responsibilities, including, authorizing requests for leave, evaluating employee performance, monitoring professional development, assessing and implementing organizational change management Monitoring and maintaining dashboard to ensure assignment of, and timely and accurate responses to, requests submitted by AAO employees and managers for assistance from staff. Responding to oral and written inquiries regarding the status of requests. Overseeing the resolution of sensitive and complicated matters involving asset and property management, emergency management and safety, budget and finances, travel, human resources, and personnel.
