Senior Partnerships Manager

OVERVIEW As a Senior Partnerships Manager at Phia, you’ll build and scale the partnerships that drive growth across brands, creators, platforms, and strategic partners. You’ll own partnership strategy and execution end to end, identifying opportunities, closing deals, and turning relationships into real product and revenue impact. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, operates comfortably in ambiguity, and knows how to build from zero to one. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to make partnerships a core growth lever as Phia scales.
