ABOUT PHYLO Phylo is an applied research lab building agentic intelligence to accelerate discovery for every biomedical scientist. As an early member of Phylo's Strategy & Operations team, you'll own high-impact work from day one - your work will shape how we scale. What you'll do - Design and implement scalable processes across GTM (revops, customer success), finance, recruiting, and core operations - Build and own financial models and business metrics that drive real decisions, not decks that collect dust. - Develop customer success playbooks that drive activation and measurable value for life science customers. - Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: partnerships, community-building, customer success, and more. - Build dashboards and reporting systems so the whole company operates on shared data.
