Financial Management Analyst

Duties described reflect the full performance GS-11 level. Duties will be performed in a developmental capacity under close supervision. Analyze financial data to inform programming and management decisions. Analyze productivity, workload, and program accomplishments to support budget execution. Evaluate the effect of cost and program changes on the budget execution process. Allocate funds to individual organizations or functional areas. Advise managers on changes in policy and program operations affecting the budget. Prepare reports covering the status of funds, expenses, and obligations Advise management officials on the application of financial data and information. Provide interpretations of accounting, budget, and manpower reports.
