About the role
Advises Project Managers and Project Delivery Team members and other elements concerning the overall complex scheduling of the Life Cycle Project Management Program for the planning, design, and construction. As the senior policy advisor, advises leadership on program schedules related to the program missions, such as budget, contracting, and information management. Utilizes state-of-the art software tools and computer programs in the development and analysis of project schedule coordination and integration for the planning and construction of multiple projects. Coordinates with Project Delivery Teams, Program Managers, and the Financial Teams to assure funds are available for established schedules. Reviews and applies regulations and/or policies to assist the Project Managers make schedule decisions related to project execution, and/or resolve workload management issues with middle and/or senior management.
