About the role
Duties include but are not limited to: Interfaces with physicians, patients, patient representatives, etc. relieving the MIRECC Director of more procedural administrative responsibilities. Assists with preparation of detailed projections, based on past records and analyses, for the MIRECC yearly budget. Tracks, compiles and summarizes service-wide information and data for periodic reports. Assumes administrative responsibilities allocated by the MIRECC Director and Program Management Officer. Monitors all workflow related to the recruitment of all MIRECC employees. Initiates and reviews all personnel actions and advises MIRECC Director/Associate Directors and Program Management Officer to ensure compliance with personnel rules and regulations. Informs employees and supervisors regarding personnel policies, including performance evaluations, incentive awards, and ensures that all position descriptions, performance appraisals, and job analyses are accurately proposed and regularly update
