Data Scientist

Inform decisions on CMCS administered health insurance programs, health care financing and delivery, and operations that supports the CMS administration. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of segments of Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) policies and procedures used for administering these programs. Design, develop, and implement the analytical, statistical, and programming mechanisms necessary to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret unique and highly specialized data sets. Serves as a senior advisor to leadership at the Division and Group level in collecting, analyzing and interpreting unique and highly specialized CMS data sets.
