About the role
Major Duties: The Quality and Training Specialist (QTS) conducts monthly quality reviews of approval and compliance survey work completed by Education Approval Specialists, Education Compliance Specialists, and contract staff. Identify errors, analyze trends, and provide technical guidance to correct deficiencies. Maintain review records, prepare quality reports, and return incorrect work for correction. Perform expanded reviews for new or low-performing staff and validate national findings. Prepare rebuttals when needed and recommend targeted training based on error trends. Evaluate national training programs, identify needs, and develop or revise training materials and policies. Track annual training completion and delivery training at regional, state, and national levels.
