BUDGET OFFICER (PROGRAM MANAGER)

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Coordinates and evaluates compliance with Federal Manager's Financial Integrity Act and applicable OMB, DOW and PFPA regulations. Administers a complex annual budget of direct and reimbursable funds involving multiple appropriations which are received from DOW and several non-DOW federal entities and private organizations. Projects and analyzes the potential effects of budgetary actions on program viability and attainment of program objectives. Reviews, interprets, and provides advice on the use of funds for program and administrative purposes. Develops, recommends, and implements budgetary and financial policies and procedures. Analyzes and promulgates applicable fiscal law policy and procedures.
