TRAINING TECHNICIAN

The primary purpose of this position is: to assist the Chief, Education and Training Office in administering the education and training programs, provide technical guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors within unit organizations on all aspects of the program. This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. DUTIES: DUTY 1: Assists the Chief, Education and Training in administration of Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs. Manages the enlisted training programs. Researches, interprets, analyzes, and applies DOD,AF, AFRC, NAF policies instructions and guidance by establishing and implementing unit training plans, policies and procedures. DUTY 2: Responsible for overall management OJT program for the wing.
