About the role

Provides 24/7 Enterprise network operational support for NAS systems through monitoring and overseeing critical services and applications. Ensures all procedures and actions taken protect the integrity of the NAS. Works directly with the Operations Integration, Operations Support, In Service Management, and other FAA organizations during the implementation of new/modified systems/services to insure operational readiness. This includes NEXTGEN current and future products and services. M
