Construction Control Representative

Performs bid-ability, constructability, operability, environmental and sustainability reviews of plans and specifications. Observes and investigates construction at all stages to identify conformance and/or concerns. Inspects contractor workmanship, equipment and materials in order to recognize and identify deviations from contract requirement Reviews as-built drawings to ensure changes in plans and specifications have been accurately noted. Compiles data and prepares a variety of correspondence and reports. Ensures strict adherence to safety provisions of the contract and that the contractor’s safety program is effective. Detects and ensures the correction of unsafe conditions.
