PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR

You will plan, determine, and coordinate production training services required to support the Production Department. You will conduct studies that involve recommending changes to training schedules; training records; coordinating improvements to training and work process problems and initiatives; and supporting production training plans and initiatives. You will perform training program analysis of collected data, recognizes weakness in processes, and assists in formulating and recommending solutions. You will serve as subject matter expert and lead for Production Training Assistants. You will serve as senior point of contact for all training scheduling issues and requirements related to production training programs. You will provide advice and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with production training program requirements. You will initiate and maintain accurate training and qualification records for production personnel.
