SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will prepare instructional and training information and conduct training. You will educate and instruct command personnel in security practices. You will implement various security-related training programs for command employees. You will review records and documents to identify employees who require training (e.g., employees assigned to ADP-1and ADP-2 sensitive positions), and schedule in-house or other courses. You will conduct routine and special security briefings, such Orientation, Annual Training Refresher, Derivative Classification, NATO, Counterintelligence/Insider Threat, and other specialized training. You will conduct debriefings with employees retiring, separating, transferring, or being reassigned. You will ensure that the command maintains full compliance within its daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual security program compliance standards.
