SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will develop and manage programs/projects and conduct analyses to improve operations and cost efficiency of submarine overhaul, maintenance and/or refurbishment. You will conduct studies and analyses to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Shipyard operations to inform submarine availability plans of action. You will conduct/attend meetings and conferences with various Shipyard management officials and/or representatives from other activities and Headquarter agencies to discuss impact of new/changed agency policies, directives and instructions. You will manage the local implementation of the Shipyard Organizational Structure and identify improvements necessary in view of new/changed market trends. You will manage the Commercial Activity Inventory of all personnel, including military, at the Shipyard and provides liaison service to Headquarters for the Total Force Management Manpower System. You will supervise a staff ranging in grade from GS-5 to GS-12.
