SUPERVISORY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Resource Integration Division. DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. DUTY 3: Represents the Resource Integration Division with the Air Force, DoD, and its agencies, the Federal Government and/or industry organizations. DUTY 4: Develops, coordinates, and implements peacetime and contingency resource requirements which encompass the Cost Per Flying Hour (CPFH) Program, Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), through the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Financial Plan (FinPlan), and the annual cost per flying hour funding.
