Human Resources Officer

The selectee will serve as an Human Resources Officer in the Office of Human Resources, Human Resources Business Solutions Division. Typical work assignments include: Assessing strategic priorities to make authoritative recommendations to executive leadership on the development of comprehensive data analysis programs that provide effective use of data for improved HR decision-making. Researching, developing, and enhancing HR data systems and related applications for data reporting and analysis. Conducting systems research and cost analysis to determine the applicability of integrating and aligning new systems with existing systems. Supervising administrative, professional and/or technical staff engaged in administrative and program related activities.
