About the role

You will serve as a Division Lead tasked by and providing support to the Materials Engineering Department Director in the leadership/direction and management of the Materials Engineering organization. You will coordinate and manage the personnel, equipment, resources, and technical processes associated with the functional groups that perform in-service support for aircraft systems, subsystems, components, and equipment for maintenance and repair. You will develop and/or maintain collaborative working relationships with the Fleet Support Teams (FSTs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), MRO Production Program Managers for FRCSW and with their counterparts at other FRC- NAVAIR activities. You will ensure continuity, efficiency and effectiveness of the overall operational efforts of the Division, and its Branch and Technical/Project Leads.
