Program Manager

As Program Manager, you will: Be responsible for working closely with top level officials of client and cooperative agencies and with the internal staff of the Federal Lands Highway Office in Headquarters, WFLHD/CFLHD, and other FHWA and FLH Division Offices. This encompasses a broad range of technical, administrative, and fiscal activities that requires general knowledge and understanding of highway engineering, administrative, and fiscal practices. Work with partner agencies to define, program, and fund WFLHD/CFLHD projects. Partners include State Departments of Transportation and their Regions, U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Counties, Highway Districts, Boroughs, and other Local Governments.
