PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Develops plans, schedules, and trains all employees. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that manpower, personnel, force development/education and training related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Participates in special manpower, personnel, force development/education and training related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships. Establishes review systems for the organization that make certain government needs are met and validated, and that economy and quality of operations are maintained or improved.
