IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT/INFOSEC)

Provide technical guidance over IT systems and applications. Provide advice and assistance to customers to minimize interruptions in customers’ ability to carry out critical business activities Review technical and design specifications to address customer requirements. Provide technical support to customers who need assistance utilizing client level hardware and software. Develop and manages customer performance requirements and customer support policies and procedures. Serve on application implementation team to ensure that customer service requirements are addressed.
