PROTOCOL ASSISTANT (OA)

You will create guest lists, menu, place cards, and seating arrangements. You will serve as the Assistant Accountable Officer (AAO) for the Commanding General’s Official Representation Funds. You will maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for all Official Representation Funds (ORF) expenditures in accordance with Department of War, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps fiscal regulations. You will review and verify expenditures to ensure all purchases are authorized, appropriate, and compliant with ORF guidelines. You will coordinate with the Camp Pendleton Agency Program Coordinator to ensure proper accounting, reporting, and reconciliation of ORF funds. You will advise leadership on the appropriate use of ORF funds and projected funding requirements.
