PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a liaison and program management point-of-contact for material quality assurance and/or vendor past performance programs. You will monitor all phases of the application or logistics management system to address actual or potential problem areas, identify and correct deficiencies, and take necessary corrective action. You will be responsible for participating in the development, authoring, interpretation, and promulgation of technical and operational policies and procedures associated with material quality assessment and/or vendor past performance. You will Initiate, plan, direct, conduct or participate in special studies that are analytical, comprehensive, and broad in scope. You will apply advanced knowledge of program management techniques, including short- and long-term strategic planning, resource management, program execution, benefit/cost analysis, contract management, and process improvement.
