AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT MECHANIC LEADER

You will review assigned job orders, plans, specifications, lay out work, and plan worker assignments. You will ensure adequate tools, materials, and equipment are available, properly used, stored, and maintained. You will assist the supervisor in assigning work to subordinates taking into account established schedules and priority work, capabilities, and workload distribution. You will check work while in progress and when finished to see whether the supervisor's instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met. You will provide on-the-job training for new employees. You will perform non-supervisory work of the same type performed by your subordinates.
