HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION)

You will develop, evaluate, and provide recommendations to management on qualifications statements and determinations. You will Provides advisory to management on various hiring strategies (e.g., merit promotion, Direct Hire Authority, veterans appointments, students and recent graduates, etc.) and compensation flexibilities available to meet individual needs.
