Information Technology Specialist (Data Management)

Serve as a technical expert responsible for planning, development, implementation, and administration of systems for the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of data. Analyze, manage, or perform work necessary to plan, design, develop, acquire, document, test, implement, integrate, maintain, or modify systems for solving data analytic problems or accomplishing work processes by using IT systems. Serve as a Product Leader, delegated complete responsibility for overseeing a team responsible for the development of IT analytics products using Medicaid and CHIP datasets to support internal and external data product users. Design, coordinate, and monitor evaluations of Medicaid and CHIP policy projects. Manage all aspects of a project and performs senior and technical policy review and guidance of research and demonstration projects and CMS projects, especially as they pertain to Medicaid, CHIP and BHP.
