About the role

Provide guidance and direction on survey issues to state agency (SA) staff. Formulate or recommends needed revisions or changes to existing program policies, criteria, standards and procedures. Analyze statistical and historical data, claims data, and reports to assess SA effectiveness in the survey process and to recommend improvements.
