PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

You will perform analytical oversight of acquisition and contract activities to ensure compliance with policies, accuracy of data, and alignment with program objectives. You will coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, and contractors to support negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure efficient contract execution. You will review and process contract actions, including modifications, invoices and funding documentation to ensure accuracy and proper authorization. You will serve as a liaison across stakeholders to facilitate communiccation, maintain program timelines, and ensure requirements are fully addressed. You will conduct market research and analyze industry trends, cost data, and logistics information to provide recommendations supporting program planning and decision making.
