Director of Digital Finance Infrastructure Development

Implements financial management directives from Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Government Accountability Office (GAO), U.S. Department of the Treasury, or other based on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) policies and guidelines, which relate to agency-wide financial management systems and critical business system interfaces. Coordinates with central and other Federal agencies regarding all matters that pertain to core accounting systems and financial systems development, implementation and integration. Directs and/or monitors GSA-wide and CFO-specific financial management systems development activities including requirements definition, conceptual design, detail design, and development as well as associated software, hardware, communications, acceptance testing, and documentation activities.
