About the role
Tour of Duty: Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm The incumbent is designated as an Emergency Essential Employee. You may be required to work mandatory overtime, schedule changes, and report during events, inclement weather, and emergency closures. Mandatory Weekend Coverage as RCP (responsible contact person) occurs on a scheduled, periodic, rotational basis. Alternate work Schedule (AWS) reviewed on an individual basis. Duties Include, but are not limited to: Assigns duties, evaluates performance, establishes deadlines, priorities and work sequences and plans work assignments based on general work schedules, methods and policies set by higher level management. Oversees the requisition, procurement preparation and set-up of supplies, materials, accountable property and tools. Proficiently utilizes the agency's work order management system (i.e., Computerized Maintenance Management System [CMMS]) Observes work in progress, investigates work related problems (e.g., excessive costs
