About the role
Tour of Duty: Monday thru Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) Hours May Change Due to the Operational Needs of Management Duties and Responsibilities: Performance Management and Hiring Support Researches, analyzes and performs various Human Resource activities for the purpose of filling vacancies and processing various types of personnel and pay actions. Responds to inquiries from applicant regarding the application process. Arranges interviews for applicants being considered. Conducts reference checks utilizing best practices. Applies Federal hiring laws, regulations and executive orders that govern Federal activity within the AOC. Assists in conducting outreach and recruitment to attract applicants for vacancy announcements and for temporary projects. Writes and coordinates the advertisement of positions in various sources including newspapers and other online sources.
