About the role
These positions are temporary for the 120th House Office Buildings Congressional Moves. The job term may end when projects are completed, or funding expires. This position will be used to fill Day, Evening and Night Shifts. Shifts will be determined and or change based on Operational Needs of Management. Hours may change depending on Operational Needs of Management Journeyman level experience is required for the position. Responsibilities: Electrical Installation, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Repair: -As a journey level Electrician, interprets building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and electrical maintenance and repair manuals to install, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic networks in multi-story, historical buildings. -Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment that contain circuit-based components including fire alarm systems, lighting control systems, variable speed drives and electric motor starters
